Where are they now: Darling of the Revolution Carrington

Carrington has taken many types of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, character and Pointe. She began competing in dance competitions around the age of nine. In 2004, she received a High Gold, the highest award to be received, for her solo performance. Carrington attended Dance & Theater Unlimited and Premiere Dance Studios in Powhatan, VA. While at Dance & Theater Unlimited, she participated in a cheer/dance camp for the Richmond Speed and performed with her dance group at one of their games. When she started college in 2005, she was on the VCU Dance Team for the Fall 2005 semester and for her sophomore year from 2006-2007.
Currently, Carrington works for the Defense Supply Center Richmond where she is a Supply Planner and a part of the DLA Corporate Intern Program. She would like to eventually work for the FBI or attend medical school to become a pediatrician. No matter what her future career may be, her ultimate goal is just being able to help others.
As a Revolution dancer, Carrington expects to excel as a dancer and continue to challenge herself to be the best she can be! Dancing is a hobby that she always wants to be a part of her life and as a Revolution dancer, she hopes that many other opportunities lay ahead of her.
Carrington is currently taking the hip hop class with the rest of the Darlings at Premiere Dance Studio. For more information about booking the Darlings at one of your events contact the Revolution at (804)595-8437.
